Krista Harris has been fighting the Legal Industrial Complex in Erie County and the State of Ohio for more than two (2) Decades with NO END in SIGHT.  This Case should have been thrown out a long time ago. Unfortunately for Ms. Harris, Roger E. Binette happens to be the "presiding" Judge on this Case. Of course, to make it look like it's fair and balanced Roger appointed one of his Magistrates, Steven C. Bechtel, to steer this case to an acceptable outcome for the Erie County Courts and the Corporation(s) involved. But NOT for KRISTA HARRIS !! This non-case was VOID from the beginning but has been allowed to drag on for -- going on -- two years. Ms. Harris was forced to hire an attorney from out of town by the name of Eric L. LaFayette - Esquire.  Remember.....All members of the B.A.R. Association are "Officers of the Court" and their first obligation is to the Courts, Not to the Client.
