Erie County, Ohio - Judge Beverly McGookey was "Auditioning" for the the Ohio Supreme Court Chief "Thief" Sharon L. Kennedy and she passed with flying colors ! No Morals, No Ethics and No Character which qualifies her to become a Visiting Judge in Ohio.
Ashli Ford v. Kevin J Baxter, Judge Bev. McGookey, Matt Westerhold, Sandusky/Norwalk Newspapers, et al. just ended with a hung jury. This is hard to believe because they hand picked Beverly McGookey to fix this (non) case against Ashli Ford and Free Speech in Erie County. We have to give Bimbo-Bev a lot of credit because she did what she was suppose to do: 1. Threw out all of the Ashli's Defense Attorney's, Pete Pattakos, motions with no basis. 2. Prevent Pete Pattakos's witnesses from testifying for the defense 3. Packing the Jury with KJB's buddies and 4. Taking signals from Kevin Baxter, Matt Westerhold, etc. on what to do when in tight situations. She also did a great job allowing Eree Co. Prosecutor, Kevin J. Baxter, Motions - no matter how ridiculous - all into the Court. I am NOT getting into the specifics about the two jurors thrown out because they were voting the wrong way.. They didn't get the memo from KJB and his partner Bimbo-Bev. What an embarrassment for Judge Beverly McGookey. She does whatever KJB tells to do.. Shameful and Illegal !
