The Ohio Courts are CLOSED to all Citizens,Taxpayers, and the GENERAL PUBLIC ! ! !   In that 'private entity' known as The STATE OF OHIO, all the courts (also private entities) from the Ohio Supreme Court to the lowest courts in the land are NOT ACCESSIBLE to the people who live inside its boarders.   This British Accredited Registry's (B.A.R.) - who controls everything - has DENIED access to the COURTS for all the non Lawyers/Attorneys/Esquires and there is not a damn thing you can do about it....FOR NOW.   Charle L. Tingler has filed 86 (Judicial Writs) Mandamus's across the State of Ohio informing these Life Time Leaches on Society about the Corruption within their own Legal Industrial Complex. They are using every illegal trick in their Satanic Book to cover up for these criminal scumbags in office. Mr. Tingler filed with Ottawa County Prosecutor, James VanEerten, trying to get him to enforce the law with a certain (s)elected Judge in the area.....JIMMY V. refused to do so because they belong to the same SATANIC CULT (BAR assoc.). Instead of doing his job Jimmy V. filed with the Erie County Common Pleas Court Judge Tygh Tone in (jerry) Sandusky, Ohio .........trying to peg Charles Tingler as a vexatious litigator ... this is standard crooked procedure in Ohio.  Well, Tygh Tone went along to get along with his fellow Ohio BAR associates. Charles appealed the decision to the Toledo, Ohio Courts. The Toledo, Ohio Courts refused to hear the case and RECUSED themselves.  Then Black Robe Boyz filed with the Ohio Supreme Court to appoint another Court to the Case.  Well, the Ohio Supreme Court went to the Mahoning County Courts in Youngstown Ohio to hear the Vexatious Litigator Case. They Picked 2 women and 1 man  (Judges Cheryl L. Waite,  Carroll Ann Robb and David A. D'Apolito)  to sit on this EXTREMELY IMPORTANT, Life Changing case NOT ---- Side Bar --- What is Youngstown, Ohio known for ???  the MOB and massive Mahoning County Corruption Case...Largest in History at the time between 1992- 2001...Crooked Prosecutors, Judges, Law Enforcement, etc. ---- end of side bar.  Well, guess what do you think happened today ??  They had the Charles Tingler case for over a half a year of these 3 crooked and corrupt judges recused themselves from the whole thing...Today, Charles Tingler filed in Columbus, Ohio (Franklin County) with the Head of the State Highway Patrol- Charles Jones- and Ohio AG David Yost to force the Supreme Court of Ohio to do their JOB.  All this does ....is show the READERS and the PUBLIC  that they are ALL CROOKED, ALL the TIME.  The Legal Industrial Complex in Ohio is stealing between 5 and 10 BILLION DOLLARS every year and there is No one in Ohio that seems to Care.
