This is a copy of the final decision made by the Court of Appeals in Toledo, Ohio. This shows how the Erie County Prosecutor, Kevin J. Baxter, falsely sued the Sandusky Register for libel and expected (demanded) that the superior courts rig the case and overturn the Ruling made in the Erie County Common Pleas Court. When you read the whole decision you will see that Kevin J Baxter is exposed as a LIAR, THIEF, CROOK, DRUGGIE etc........ and those are his better qualities... The BCI, an arm of the Ohio Attorney Generals Office, busted KJB for Cocaine and then covered it up to protect the MATRIX.
Unfortunately, I'm responsible for these people getting in office and getting the opportunities to SCAM the public out of their Time, Properties and Monies !!! They are All Multi Millionaires off the backs of the Middle Class and Poor along the North Coast.
Erie County, Ohio - Judge Beverly McGookey was "Auditioning" for the the Ohio Supreme Court Chief "Thief" Sharon L. Kennedy and she passed with flying colors ! No Morals, No Ethics and No Character which qualifies her to become a Visiting Judge in Ohio.
