Over the past 30 + Days there have been two more COURT FILINGS showing the widespread corruption along the NORTH COAST in OHIO.  (Remember, the cocaine triangle - From Detroit to Cleveland to Ontario, Canada - SEX, DRUGS, PEDOPHILE, WEAPONS TRAFFICKING)    First there is the ARICA WATERS v. SHERIFF STEPHEN J. LEVORCHICK and AMY GLOOR, et al Case filed in Toledo, Ohio. The Case Number is 3.2022 CV 01182 and it was filed on JULY 5th, 2022 with the U.S. DISTRICT COURT for the NORTHERN DISTRICT of OHIO. For now, the JUDGE appointed to the Case is Judge JAMES R. KREPP. The Cause of Action listed is: 28 U.S.C. 1983 Civil Rights.  This is the Case in Ottawa County, Ohio where a 28 year old African American Woman (Police Officer) Arica Waters accused fellow Cop Jeremy Berman of RAPING her. Well, that didn't sit well with the good-ole-boyz in Ohio. MIND you, this former so-called Police Detective for Put-In-Bay- Jeremy Berman had two other accusers of Sexual Assault before Waters.  The BOYZ wanted the Ottawa County Prosecutor, James VanEerten to file Criminal Charges against Arica Waters for LYING about being raped....Apparently, he refused to do the dirty deed for the REAL Criminals in Office and the A TEAM had to come in and try to SAVE the DAY for the MATRIX- the State of Ohio. Well, Ohio Attorney General-DAVE YOST- stepped in and appointed Special Prosecutor DREW WOOD (do anything) to file the Criminal Charges against WATERS.  Well, the-exposer.co saw what was happening and we wrote an article about how they were going to RAILROAD this women into JAIL just like the OHIO AG and Erie County Prosecutor Kevin J Baxter did to Rape Victim Krista Harris 20 + years ago. Apparently, toooo many people read OUR ARTICLE and raised HELL so that Visiting Judge Janet Burnside ruled that "It was up to Waters to decide whether there was consent".

OHIO AG DAVE YOST and his boy DREW WOOD were trying to get the other 2 women's original complaints of Sexual Assault covered-up.  In the Lawsuit Filed You will see that Not only did these Criminals in Office try to get her thrown in Jail/Prison but they were also passing around NUDE pictures of her- they obtained thru the investigation-around town and making disparaging remarks concerning her looks/body/etc. There were also some people involved that were outside of the government agencies.  Could that be anyone from the SR or any other news outlet- STAY TUNED.  We will post the LAWSUIT FILED as soon as we receive and verify it.

This NEXT LAWSUIT was discovered by Krista Harris (Investigative reporter) by one of her anonymous sources.  After She was tipped off - she checked with the Courts and acquired the 105 pages.  Mr. CHARLES LAWRENCE TINGLER filed an APPLICATION for a SPECIAL PROSECUTOR to INVESTIGATE the ERIE COUNTY PROSECUTOR, KEVIN J. BAXTER on his Criminal Activities with the COURTS. CASE NUMBER- 2022-MS-0103 was filed on the 3rd of JUNE, 2022 with a CITIZENS COMPLAINT FORM, Affidavits, Facts and other Relevant Evidence Concerning the McDonald Case, the Krista Harris Case, Dr. Elsebeth Baumgartner and others railroaded by this  PSYCHOPATH. Krista Harris, Bill Murray and I (EJAY) have never met Charles L. Lawrence and didn't even know about the filings until a week ago. Krista called and interviewed him at my request and found out that he was SICK and TIRED of the CORRUPTION in the COURTS all throughout OHIO. Why hasn't any of the Government Controlled NEWS OUTLETS (TV, RADIO, Newspapers, etc.) covered another complaint filed on Kevin J Baxter ?? Because they are protecting him....
