When I was working in the Erie County Whorehouse back in the mid 1970's Judge James McCrystal was the Erie Co Common Pleas Court Judge and his Bailiff was a past school teacher by the name Donald Taylor. When Judge Ann Maschari followed King James her Bailiff was a man by the name of Tom McGowen.
Back in 2009 there was an article from Columbus, Ohio Concerning Tom McGowan's Son, Attorney Charles W. McGowan and another Attorney by the name of Kyle Hunter. In the article these two were planning on pleading guilty in Federal Court for LAUNDERING (DRUG) MONIES for a drug Ring by Donald Dailey, Jr.....The 2 Lawyers got slaps on the wrist ....

When I (EJAY) lived in Palm Beach County, Florida and KJB was still making my life miserable ...I decided to Contact The Erie County, Ohio Auditor, Jude Hammond by mail and request all of Kevin Baxters, Ann Mashcari's, Visiting Judge Joe E. Cirigliano's phone, travel and other records for the previous 5 years. Jude Hammond gathered them together and when I went back to Erie County, Ohio ( around Easter that year) to pick up my personal items in a storage area I would also get the requested information from the Auditor. When I went to Jude Hammond's Office, he gave me everything and told me to watch out because there is a person in his office that is a spy for my brother-KJB. I asked WHO ?? The Erie County Commissioner- Tom Ferrell's second wife-Pamela Ferrell....Well, well, as soon as I left the Office Pam Ferrell contacted CROOKED ERIE COUNTY COMMISSIONER-TOM FERRELL...He passed on the news to COKE-HEAD PROSECUTOR Kevin Baxter. That was on a Wednesday. I rented a U-HAUL, picked up my personal items, at the Storage Place, and left for FLORIDA. I arrived at my place in Florida on the following Sunday. Back in JERRY-SANDUSKY, OHIO Kevin Baxter had already called the Crooked Prosecutor from Cuyahoga County- William Mason. Later Disgraced Prosecutor William Mason sent assistant crook James A. Gutierrez (like a Hired Gun) to Sandusky, Ohio to destroy- yours truley - EJAY BAXTER..Between that Monday and Wednesday KJB, James Gutierrez, etc. fabricated 81 counts against me. It was in the front page of the Sandusky Register and the Morning Journal. When I went through all the records...the EVIDENCE I received proved that Kevin J Baxter was NOT ONLY running his BOAT SCAM from the Erie County Prosecutors Office but also The SEX and DRUG trafficking...
